A self-confessed workaholic and mother of three, I am committed to family first, friends always and (what else?) wine. Having took my first breath in Las Cruces, I've never left my hometown and can't think of any other place I would want to live and raise my family. In case you've never met them, I have three beautiful daughters: Lainie (12), Stephanie (2) and McKenna (2 also - twins!). And in case you're wondering, no - my husband Kenny and I did NOT name our girls after our fellow member, Stephanie McKenna...although she's very lovely and I can't think of a better person for my girls to share a name with!
The Junior League is very near and dear to my heart, and I'm proud to have been a member for the past six years. My best piece of advice for others? Always be nervous when your best friend is named as chair for Nominating and Placement. ;) |
